The IRt/c™is accurate, consistent and reliable, does not require power and connects directly to temperature measurement and control instrumentation.
Temperature measurement using traditional contact thermocouples can cause
product wastage, contamination and, inaccuracy due to thermal lag.
The IRt/c™ avoids these problems by monitoring continuously the temperature of the core product without contact, thereby improving production line performance and reducing waste.
Process applications are vast, typical uses being cooling, drying, heating, gluing, curing, hot melt, packaging, laminating, mixing, injection moulding, web drying and printing.

The new Micro IRt/c™ the world's smallest IRt/c™ will be of particular interest to OEM's being less than 3cm long and only 0.63cm diameter, with a variety of mounting options it will allow non-contact infrared technology to be fitted to a wide range of equipment.
